Our lovely tall-posted cape house with dormer offers you a wrap around deck and walkout basement. We designed this cape home in a more formal style. We replaced our usual knee braces with ceiling corner braces to give you unobstructed lines between rooms. A large, separate dining area completes your more formal style. Your kitchen features a timber frame cathedral ceiling into the second floor for a bright, cheery look. Very large rooms make this cape style home ideal for the family with large or imposing pieces of furniture. The full walkout basement gives you loads of extra living space!
